As a caring and supportive professional, I help clients through the difficult times in their lives and with their mental health as well as, in their personal relationships. I am able to provide a safe space for clients to explore issues and process their thoughts and feelings that allows healing, growth and positive change.
Individual Psychotherapy (CBT, Attachment & Person-Centred)
As an integrative psychotherapist, I support people with many different issues including – low self-esteem, identity, anxiety and depression, trauma, loss/grief, relationship/communication issues, addictions/dependencies, anger and emotional difficulties, long-term conditions, life changes and more. Being intuitive and able to read body-language, I tend to ask the right questions at the right time that effectively processes change, fast and long-lasting.
Couples therapy/Marriage Counselling
As a Couples therapist/Marriage Counsellor in Nottingham, I guide people through my 12-week evidence based programme. Covering essential topics including – negative patterns, communication difficulties, improving closeness, letting go of resentment, intimacy, work-life balance and more.
Sessions are in-person and every other week at the same time/day. The couples therapy programme provides evidence-based models and approaches that will deepen a couples connection and overall relationship satisfaction.
Where are sessions held?
In-person sessions are held at my office on Beeston highstreet, Nottingham, NG9. Close to public transport and nearby parking.
How Much Does Psychotherapy with Chanel Cost?
A free 50 minute (in-person) initial consultation is offered. Following initial session, clients can book a block of sessions as follows.
- Individual psychotherapy: block of 6 x sessions for £360 (£60 per session)
- Couples/marriage counselling: block of 6 x sessions £450 (£75 per session)
- Pay as you go/top-up £80 a session
